Hi there, my name is Levi Brewster. I am the owner of Evergreen Outpost Forge. I am currently located in North Carolina, but I first stared making knives in Texas. It was there in 2021, I met my mentor Logan Bracken, the founder and co-owner of Black Knight Blades. While serving as Logan’s apprentice, I developed a deep passion for the art of knife making. This love for bladesmithing led me to start

My knives are made from high carbon steel and will stain/rust if not properly cared for. The user is responsible for properly cleaning and lubricating their knife (I recommend an anti-rusting agent called: FLUID FILM. My warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (scratched coating, dulling of edge, etc), rust, loss, or theft. Please contact me if you need replacement parts or would like a quote for a knife repair for normal wear and tear. 

NOTE: Please do not EVER place your Evergreen Outpost Forge knife in the dishwasher. Dishwashers can operate at high temperatures for long periods of time. At best, this will ruin the finish on a blade, at worst, it will ruin the temper of the blade (the blade will no longer hold an edge well).

Each and every knife here at Evergreen Outpost Forge is carefully and meticulously crafted by hand using traditional methods passed down through generations of bladesmiths to create true masterpieces that will stand the test of time.

All knives produced through Evergreen Outpost Forge are one-of-a-kind. I carefully handcraft each individual knife and issue a serial number when finished. The number is laser engraved on the blade and correlates to the amount of knives I have made thus far.

Being a blade smith I know what materials to use for my knives to ensure they can be used to their fullest potential and be passed down for generations. There’s a big problem with people buying cheap junk knives that are meant to be broken and thrown away. The knives I produce contain a properly heat-treated high-carbon steel blade. For the handle I normally stick to exotic wood from all over the world! Or rugged, durable G10 and Micarta.
